When will I receive my EPIC Cash?

Can I return or make a price adjustment on an item that earned EPIC Cash?

Did you already spend your EPIC Cash?
No problem! If you’ve already used your EPIC Cash, you’ll get a refund in the form of your original payment, minus the amount of the EPIC Cash Coupon you spent.
Are you returning merchandise that was purchased with EPIC Cash?
Again, no problem. We’ll return the value of the EPIC Cash Coupon to you as Return EPIC Cash, valid for 30 days from the date of your return.
Can I use expired EPIC Cash?
We’re sorry, EPIC Cash can only be used during the redemption dates for the promotion on which it was earned. It can’t be used before or after the redemption period printed on the coupon.
